Svetosavska akademija u Centru za kulturu
Tradicionalna Svetosavska akademija, u organizaciji Braničevske eparhije, održana je u velikoj sali Centra za kulturu u Požarevcu.
Pored episkopa braničevskog, gospodina Ignjatija i sveštenstva, akademiji su prisustvovali i gradonačelnik Požarevca Miomir Ilić i predsednik Skupštine Bane Spasović, sa svojim saradnicima. U slavu i čast Svetog Save, prvog srpskog arhiepiskopa i prosvetitelja, besedu je izgovorio sveštenik Miroslav Miljković. U bogatom programu Svetosavske akademije učestvovali su mališani iz PU „LJubica Vrebalov“, učenici i profesori muzičke škole „Stevan Mokranjac“, crkveni hor „Brančevo“, hor Požarevačke gimnazije, kao i Gradski ansambl narodnih igara i pesama Centra za kulturu.
Manifestacije u čast najvećeg srpskog prosvetitelja održane su u svim obrazovnim ustanova – osnovnim i srednjim školama gde su izvedeni prigodni programi a među gostima su bili predstavnici javnog života i funkcioneri lokalne samouprave grada Požarevca.Saint Sava Academy at the Centre for Culture
Traditional Sava Academy, organized Diocese of Branicevo was held in the great hall of the Cultural Center in Pozarevac.
In addition to the Bishop of Branicevo, Mr. Ignatius and the clergy, the academy was attended by the Mayor of Pozarevac Miomir Ilic and President of the Bane Spasović with his associates. In the glory and honor of Saint Sava, the first Serbian archbishop and educator, speech uttered by the priest Miroslav Miljkovic. The rich program of the St. Sava Academy participated were children from Preschool „Ljubica Vrebalov“, teachers and students of the music school „Stevan Mokranjac“ choir „Brančevo“ choir gymnasium in Pozarevac, as well as the City ensemble of folk dances and songs of the Cultural Center.
Events in honor of the greatest Serbian educator were held in all educational institutions – primary and secondary schools which are derived commemorative programs and among the guests were representatives of public life and local government officials of Pozarevac.
