Gradonačelnik Požarevca Miomir Ilić, u ime Grada, potpisao je kolektivne ugovore sa predstavnicima sindikata i poslovodstva javnih preduzeća Toplifikacija i Komunalne službe.  Predstavnici sindikata izrazili su zadovoljstvo dokumentom. 

Kolektivni ugovor omogućava zaposlenima u ovim preduzećima budu upoznati sa svojim pravima, odgovornostima i obavezama a poslodavcu da u komunikaciji sa zaposlenima ostvari maksimalnu efikasnost u radu.

Predsednik sindikata u Komunalnim službama Branislav Đurišić kaže da kolektivni ugovor zaposlenima daje veća prava u odnosu na Zakon o radu i u tom smislu pomenuo povećanje koeficijenata za bolovanje ili minuli rad kao i mogućnost korišćenja godišnjih odmora.

Upitan da li je kolektivnim ugovorom predviđena mogućnost uplaćivanja privatnog osiguranja za zaposlene, gradonačelnik Miomir Ilić je rekao da takva mogućnost nije zabranjena po Zakonu o dodatnom osiguranju i da osim Toplifikacije nijedno preduzeće nije uvelo takvu praksu niti je tražilo saglasnost od osnivača, grada Požarevca.

Kolektivni ugovor za Direkciju za izgradnju se usaglašava i on će zbog pridodatih nadležnosti sa ovim javnim preduzećem biti potpisan narednog meseca, rekao je Ilić.

The collective agreement allows the employees of these companies are aware of their rights, responsibilities and obligations of the employer to communicate with employees achieve maximum efficiency.

Union President in utilities Branislav Djurisic says that the collective agreement gives employees greater rights in relation to the Labour Law and in this respect mentioned increasing the odds for sick leave or seniority and ability to use annual leave.

Asked whether the collective agreement provides for the remittance of private insurance for employees, the mayor Miomir Ilic said that such a possibility is not prohibited by the Act and additional insurance to any company other than „Toplifikacija“ not introduce such practices nor sought the consent of the founder of Pozarevac.

The collective agreement for the construction of the Directorate and will coordinate the responsibilities attached to this public company will be signed next month, said Ilic.
