In the area of ​​the Ergela (Paddock) „Ljubicevo“ new facilities opened in order to create better conditions for the reception of guests in this oasis of greenery and flowers, with hanging out with the noblest animal. It was built in a modern car park on an area of ​​900 square meters and a summer bar of 48 squares, and the area around the souvenir shops is paved.

– Total cost of 6.9 million dinars, says the director of a public company „Ljubicevo“ Vladan Jankovic. Money fund have provided a budget for environmental protection and city Pozarevac. According to the Director Jankovic this year invested about 12 million dinars for the implementation of projects in Ljubicevo of which about 1.5 million dinars from own funds.

The head of the budget of the fund for the Environment protection, MP Zarko Pivac said that this year „Ljubicevo“ received two lipizzaner horses and bought one. Purchased a carriage and two have been restored and equipped to drive visitors. The Garden of Princess Ljubica is rearranged, refurbished public toilets and purchased lawnmowers. Pivac said that this is the will of the inhabitants of Pozarevac, local governments and employees of the „Ljubicevo“ to return to the horse farm, he said, „Roads old glory“.

Director of Ljubicevo stated that in the next year plans to set the barn, which he says, is one of the oldest in Serbia and is a cultural monument. The intention is to regulate „trophy room“ for formal receptions and high guests as a place where all guests will be able to see for themselves what is the oldest stables in Serbia means as a place where traditions are kept and national identity.Na prostoru Еrgele „LJubičevo“ otvoreni su novi objekti radi stvaranja boljih uslova za prijem gostiju koji su u ovoj oazi zelenila i cveća, uz druženje sa najplemenitijom životinjom, sve brojniji. – Sve je koštalo 6,9 miliona dinara, kaže direktor javnog preduzeća „LJubičevo“ Vladan Jankovic. Novac su obezbedili budžetski Fond za zaštitu Životne sredine i grad Požarevac. Prema rečima direktora Jankovića ove godine uloženo oko 12 miliona dinara za realizaciju projekata u LJubičevu od cega je oko 1,5 miliona dinara sopstvenih sredstava.

Čelnik budžetskog Fonda za zaštitu Životne sredine, narodni poslanik Žarko Pivac navodi da je ove godine „LJubičevo“ dobilo dva lipicanera i kupilo jednog. Kupljen je jedan fijaker a dva su popravljena i opremljena za vožnju posetilaca. Uređen je Vrt Kneginje LJubice, renoviran javni toalet i nabavljena kosilica za travnjake. Pivac je istakao da ovo predstavlja volju žitelja Požarevca, lokalne samouprave i zaposlenih u „LJubičevu“ da Еrgelu vrate na, kako je rekao, „Puteve stare slave“.

Direktor LJubičeva je naveo da se u narednoj godini planira uređenje štale,  za koju kaže da je jedna od najstarijih u Srbiji i predstavlja spomenik kulture.  Namera je da se uredi i Trofejna sala za svečane prijeme visokih zvanica ali i kao mesto gde će svi gosti moći da se uvere šta najstarija Еrgela u Srbiji znači kao mesto u kome se čuvaju tradicija i nacionalni identitet.
