U Požarevcu je počela trodnevna obuka za popis i upis imovine u javnoj svojini, organizovana u okviru projekta ,,Upravljanje imovinom-korist za sve“, finansiranog od strane Delegacije Еvropske unije.
Polaznici obuke su zaposleni u administraciji na poslovima popisa i upisa imovine u javnoj svojini i članovi opštinskih radnih timova,a iz svih sedam partnera na Projektu.

Cilj je podizanje kapaciteta za efikasno upravljanje nizom poslova i zadataka iz domena popisa i upisa javne imovine. Na početku obuke će se analizirati pravni okvir i ustanoviti u kom delu treba izmeniti pravne akte jedinica lokalnih samouprava kako bi oni bili u skladu sa Zakonom o javnoj svojini. Pored toga, učesnici će se kroz radionice interaktivnog tipa upoznati sa procesom prikupljanja pravnih i tehničkih podataka o imovini i procesom utvrđivanja fizičkog stanja objekata. Značajnu stavku predstavlja i pojam, svrha i sadržaj portfolia imovine, koju će svaka lokalna samouprava morati da poseduje.

Obuka za popis i upis imovine u javnoj svojini je jedna od tri obuke koja je predviđena projektom ,,Upravljanje imovinom-korist za sve“. Prošle nedelje je završena obuka za procenu vrednosti nepokretnosti, a očekuje se i obuka za upravljanje jedinstvenim softverom, koji će se dobiti preko Projekta.
