Predstavljen „Metro“Introduction of the “Metro”

Najveći veleprodajni lanac u Srbiji “METRO Cash&Carry“ predstavio je, u saradnji sa gradom Požarevcom, program za povećanje potencijala i kvaliteta nezavisnih srpskih trgovina i lokalne privrede pod nazivom “Moja radnja” u svečanoj sali Gradskog zdanja. Ovaj program omogućava malim trgovinama da poboljšaju svoje poslovanje i unaprede kvalitet usluge kako bi opstali pod uticajem ekonomske krize i sve snažnije konkurencije velikih trgovinskih lanaca, saopštio je ovaj veleprodajni lanac.

Gradonačelnik Požarevca Miodrag Milosavljević, koji je učestvovao u prezentaciji sa zamenicom Vukicom Vasić, obraćajući se prisutnima, najpre je pozdravio predstavnike jedne od najvećih trgovinskih kompanija u zemlji i izrazio zadovoljstvo što će, kako je rekao, Požarevac biti osmo trgovinsko mesto koje će omogućiti sugrađanima i svim kupcima sa teritorije Braničevskog upravnog okruga i sa šireg prostora da kupuju robu u „Metrou“. Kako je navedeno, “Metro“ je pokrenuo 2009. godine program za pomoć trgovcima u koji je do sada uključeno 3.000 malih nezavisnih trgovinskih radnji sa teritorije cele Srbije. Gradonačelnik Milosavljević je izrazio nadu da će konkurentnost doprineti poboljšanju standarada građana a da će, nakon otvaranja predstavništva koje već radi, u dogledno vreme biti otvoreni i prodajni, odnosno uslužni objekti. Inače, Projekat nudi trgovcima prehrambenih radnji znanje i iskustvo kompanije, kako da preurede svoju radnju spolja i unutra i na taj način privuku veći broj kupaca, kako da postave i izaberu asortiman u skladu sa njihovim okruženjem i unaprede poslovanje.

– Dosadašnji projekat nadovezan je novim pod nazivom “Moja radnja” koji podrazumeva poslovanje pod jednim brendom i konceptom uz marketinšku podršku i edukativne treninge. Rezultati pilot projekta u kome je učestvovalo nekoliko desetina radnji pokazao je da je promet u tim trgovinama nakon uključenja u “Moju radnju” značajno povećan, a kupci su dobili bolju uslugu, kvalitetniji asortiman pa i povoljnije cene – rekla je predsednik Upravnog odbora “Metroa” Srbija Veronika Punčeva.

Ona je naglasila da će ova godina biti ključna za oporavak segmenta malih trgovina koje su u borbi sa ekonomskom krizom i konkurencijom velikih trgovinskih lanaca. Ona je navela da će projekat “Moja radnja” predstavljati snažnu podršku trgovcima i da će pun zamah postići ove i iduće godine. Sličan projekat već je sproveden u nekoliko evropskih zemalja i svuda je dao dobre rezultate.

– So far, the project’s connected to the new called “My Shop”, which includes operations under one brand concept and the marketing support and educational training. The results of a pilot project with the participation of dozens of stores showed that sales at these stores when switched to “my action” significantly increased, and the buyers get a better service, better range and even lower prices – said the Chairman of the Board of the “Metro” Serbia Veronika punch.

She said that this year will be crucial for the recovery of the segment of small stores that are fighting the economic crisis and competition from large retail chains. She stated that the project “My shop” a strong support to traders and to achieve full swing this year and next. A similar project is already implemented in several European countries and all gave good results.

“Metro” is presented to customers in Pozarevac and new service delivery of goods intended primarily caterers and retailers, enabling them to enrich and improve their offer to reduce procurement costs.
