Na sednici Gradskog štaba za vanredne situacije, na osnovu preporuka i odluka Republičkog štaba za vanredne situacije, donete su sledeće odluke i zaključci:

U osnovnim i srednjim školama uvedeni su nenastavni dani do petka 10. februara 2012. godine a u skladu sa preporukom Ministarstva prosvete. Dnevni boravci radiće nesmetano tokom cele nedelje.

Opšta bolnica Požarevac, Dom zdravlja Požarevac, zavod za javno zdravlje, Veterinarski zavod Požarevac i Stručne poljoprivredne službe nesmetano obavljaju svoje delatnosti. Svi prilazi starom i novom groblju prohodni, a pijace redovno čiste. Pijačnina se ne naplaćuje. Apelovano je na građane u ulicama: Bože Dimitrijevića, desna strana, PP Odred, leva i desna strana, Lučički put, desna strana zbog uskih i strmih ulica da, usled nepostojanja fizičke mogućnosti za adekvatno čišćenje, iznose smeće do prvih kontejnera.

Crveni krst Požarevac povećao je broj obroka, a Centar za socijalni rad Požarevac dobio je predlog da osigura krov nad glavom beskućnicima u prihvatilištu u Maloj Krsni ili dodelom jednokratne pomoći za zakupninu stana. U saradnji Crvenog krsta i Doma zdravlja biće pojačana usluga gerontodomaćica radi kućnog lečenja starih i nemoćnih lica.

Predstavnici Еlektromorave i TЕKO Kostolac saopštili su da se nesmetano obavlja snabdevanje električnom i toplotnom energijom. Apelovano je na velike potrošače da štednju električne energije.

JKP „Vodovod i kanalizacija“ ima probleme pošto je zbog niskih temperatura dolazi do pucanja vodomera te je zamenjeno više od stotinu komada. Potrošnja je velika, kao u letnjem periodu, pa se moraju pojačati mere štednje i prisustvo mobilnih ekipa na terenu. Apelovano je na građane i da zaštite vodomere jer je došlo do otežanog snabdevanja vodom u zonama 2 i 3.

JKP „Parking servis“ neće naplaćivati usluge parkiranja do daljnjeg na otvorenim parkiralištima. Odmah će, nakon prestanka padavina, biti organizovano odnošenje snega.

Putevi su prohodni u najvećem delu grada a biće preduzimane mere kako nebi došlo do obustavljanja prohodnosti za saobraćaj i pešake. Uključena je Vojska Srbije kao i Ministarstvo pravde – Kazneno popravni zavod.
