Serbia will make his day a huge effort to overcome a gap of several centuries that it is shared by European nations. Milos had its flaws for which they disobeyed his contemporaries. After Miletina’s revolt these problems have been solved in the most civilized way – the adoption of the Constitution. The Constitution defines the state, written, accepted and recognized by the authorities and fundamental rights and positions of power factor and people.
