ZA DODЕLU NAGRADA I POVЕLJA GRADA POŽARЕVCA

POVODOM SVЕTЕ TROJICЕ, PRAZNIKA GRADA POŽARЕVCA I SLAVЕ POŽARЕVCA

Nagrada grada Požarevca dodeljuje se zaposlenima, privatnim preduzetnicima, mladim talentima, individualnim poljoprivrednim proizvođačima i građanima za ostvarene izvanredne rezultate i dostignuća u radu u oblasti: privrede, umetnosti, nauke, medicine, arhitekture i urbanizma, novinarstva, obrazovanja, sporta, doprinosa u akcijama socijalnog i humanitarnog karaktera, stvaralaštva mladih i drugim oblastima.

Povelja grada Požarevca dodeljuje se preduzećima, ustanovama, državnim organima, mesnim zajednicama, udruženjima i društvenim organizacijama za izvanredne rezultate i dostignuća u radu u oblasti: privrede, umetnosti, nauke, medicine, arhitekture i urbanizma, novinarstva, obrazovanja, sporta, doprinosa u akcijama socijalnog i humanitarnog karaktera, stvaralaštva mladih i drugim oblastima.

Pod ostvarenim izvanrednim rezultatima i dostignućima koji su postali dostupni javnosti, podrazumeva se:

1. u oblasti privrede:

– rad ili rezultati izuzetne vrednosti pojedinca ili pravnog lica kojima je dat značajan doprinos afirmaciji, razvoju i unapređenju privrede;

2. u oblasti umetnosti:

– publikovano delo književnog i prevodnog stvaralaštva,

– izvedeno, odnosno prikazano delo na pozorišnoj sceni i drugom prostoru namenjenom za izvođenje dela ove vrste,

– prikazano filmsko i radio-televizijsko ostvarenje u bioskopskoj dvorani, ili emitovano u radio-televizijskom programu i drugim oblicima elektronskih i pisanih medija,

– izloženo, odnosno prezentirano delo u galeriji i drugom prostoru namenjenom za prezentaciju dela likovnog i primenjenog stvaralaštva, vizuelnih i proširenih medija,

– izvedeno muzičko ili muzičko-scensko delo u koncertnoj ili pozorišnoj dvorani i drugom prostoru namenjenom za izvođenje dela ove vrste;

3. u oblasti nauke:

– naučno ostvarenje, odnosno rad u društvenim, humanističkim, prirodnim i tehničkim naukama, koji kao rezultat ima nova saznanja i sintezu postojećih u cilju njihove primene, koji predstavlja doprinos razvoju naučne oblasti ili razvoju novih proizvoda, metoda ili tehnoloških postupaka, pod uslovom da je objavljeno u naučnoj i stručnoj literaturi, odgovarajućim naučnim časopisima ili drugim načinom javnog saopštavanja,

– pronalazak koji je u smislu odredaba Zakona o patentima, priznat i upisan u zakonom utvrđen registar,

4. u oblasti medicine:

– rad ili rezultati izuzetne vrednosti pojedinca ili pravnog lica kojima je dat značajan doprinos razvoju i unapređenju medicine i zdravstvene zaštite ljudi;

5. u oblasti arhitekture i urbanizma:

– realizovano delo iz oblasti arhitekture, urbanizma ili rekonstrukcije objekata,

– urbanistički planovi za koncepciju i metodologiju, pod uslovom da su usvojeni i da je njihova realizacija otpočela;

6. u oblasti novinarstva:

– vrhunsko ostvarenje pojedinca ili pravnog lica u novinarstvu ili publicistici, za seriju ili više napisa, televizijskih ili radijskih priloga ili emisija, publicističkih radova o temama od značaja za ukupan društveni život i drugim oblicima elektronskih i pisanih medija,

– kreativni doprinos uređivanju rubrike, emisije i programa kojima se značajno doprinosi informisanju građana;

7. u oblasti obrazovanja:

– izuzetno delo i rezultat vaspitno-obrazovnog ili instruktivnog rada i rezultat u organizaciji i razvoju školstva u celini, ili u pojedinim njegovim oblastima;

8. u oblasti sporta:

– rad ili rezultati izuzetne vrednosti pojedinca ili pravnog lica, kojima je dat značajan doprinos afirmaciji, razvoju i unapređenju sporta (vrhunski sportisti-članovi sportskih organizacija, odnosno samostalni profesionalni sportisti, za izvanredne rezultate u određenoj grani sporta; sportski stručnjaci, stručnjaci u sportu i naučni radnici za naročito vredne doprinose unapređenju oblasti sporta; sportski radnici za doprinos organizovanju, razvoju i unapređenju oblasti sporta);

9. u oblasti socijalnog i humanitarnog rada:

– rad ili rezultati izuzetne vrednosti u oblasti socijalnog i humanitarnog rada;

10. u oblasti stvaralaštva mladih:

najvrednija ostvarenja u naučnom i umetničkom radu učenika i studenata, pod kojima se smatraju samostalni radovi koji predstavljaju doprinos određenoj oblasti nauke, originalno tumačenje nekog problema, delimično ili potpuno novo rešenje praktične primene određenih naučnih rezultata, ili umetničko dostignuće koje se po vrednosti posebno ističe, osvojene nagrade i priznanja na takmičenjima u zemlji i inostranstvu.

Povodom Svete Trojice može se dodeliti najviše 5 nagrada i povelja.

Pravo predlaganja kandidata za nagradu i povelju imaju sva pravna i fizička lica, koja, ukoliko ispunjavaju propisane uslove, mogu i sama sebe predložiti, kao i odbornici Skupštine grada, članovi Gradskog veća grada Požarevca i članovi Odbora.

Predlagači pravna lica dostavljaju svoje adrese sedišta, a predlagači fizička lica dostavljaju svoje lične podatke: ime i prezime, broj lične karte i adresu stanovanja.

Predlog se dostavlja u pisanoj formi sa obrazloženjem i sadrži podatke o kandidatu, s navođenjem adrese stanovanja za fizička lica i adrese sedišta za pravna lica, podatke o delu koje se predlaže i rezultate rada kandidata .

Uz predlog se dostavlja i delo koje se predlaže, ili overena fotokopija odgovarajuće dokumentacije, ako po prirodi stvari delo nije moguće dostaviti, koja se posle odlučivanja o nagradi ili povelji na vraća predlagaču.

Predlozi za dodelu nagrada ili povelje grada Požarevca dostavljaju se pisarnici Gradske uprave grada Požarevca.

Rok za dostavljanje predloga za dodelu nagrade ili povelje grada Požarevca je petak, 18. maj 2012. godine.

Odluku o dodeli nagrade i povelje grada Požarevca donosi Odbor za dodeljivanje nagrada i povelja grada Požarevca.

Odluka Odbora je konačna.

The prize is awarded to the town of Pozarevac employees, private entrepreneurs, young talent, individual farmers and citizens for outstanding results achieved in the work and achievements in the field: the economy, art, science, medicine, architecture and urban planning, journalism, education, sports, contributions in shares social and humanitarian problems, creation of youth and other areas.

The Charter is awarded to the town of Pozarevac enterprises, institutions, government bodies, local communities, associations and social organizations for outstanding performance and achievements in work areas: the economy, art, science, medicine, architecture and urban planning, journalism, education, sports, contributions in shares social and humanitarian problems, creation of youth and other areas.

Under achieved outstanding results and achievements that have become available to the public, to include:

1. in the economy:

– Work or the results of extraordinary value of the individual or entity that received a significant contribution to the promotion, development and improvement of the economy;

2. in the arts:

– Published literary work and creativity,

– Presented work on stage and other space intended for the performance of the work of this kind,

– Showing the film, and radio-television performance in the movie theater, or broadcast of radio and television programs and other forms of electronic and print media,

– Exposed or presented work in a gallery or other space intended for the presentation of works of applied art and creativity, and enhanced visual media,

3. in science:

On the occasion of the Holy Trinity may be granted up to 5 awards and charters.

The right to nominate candidates for the award and Charter have all legal and natural persons, if they meet the prescribed requirements, and may itself propose, as well as members of the Assembly, members of City Council and members of the Board of Pozarevac.

Proponents of legal entities submit their headquarters address, and the proponents of natural persons submit their personal information: name, ID number and address.

The proposal shall be submitted in writing with reasons and contains information about the candidate, indicating the address of residence for individuals and addresses of the headquarters for companies, information on work that is proposed and results of the candidate.

Suggestions for awards or the city charter shall be submitted to the Registry of City Administration of Pozarevac.
