PUC „Utilities“ to communal problems

Transformation of the former PUC Pozarevac““was founded in 1998 and the current PUC „Utilities“. However, organized provision of services to citizens through Pozarevac and Kostolac, after taking out garbage, cleaning and washing of streets, traffic and other agricultural products, performing services cemetery dates back much earlier and reaches the last years of XIX century.

PUC „Utilities“ is extremely complex and highly dispersed system of significant activity, essential for normal functioning of the fabric of the city, and as such is designed in two segmentation as follows:

– Part of the utilities with greater or lesser dependence on the founder (public hygiene, Public Investment and maintenance of the landfill, cemetery)

– Part of the commercial utilities (Markets, Fairs, etc.).

Transformacijom nekadašnjeg JKP “Požarevac“ 1998 godine osnovano je sadašnje JKP „Komunalne službe“. Međutim, organizovano vršenje usluga građanima Požarevca i Kostolca kroz poslove iznošenja smeća, čišćenja i pranja ulica, prometa poljoprivrednih i drugih proizvoda, vršenje grobljanskih usluga datira mnogo ranije i doseže do poslednjih godina pretprošlog veka.

JKP „Komunalne službe“ je izuzetno složen i razuđen sistem vrlo značajnih delatnosti, bitnih za normalno funkcionisanje gradskog tkiva, te je kao takav koncipiran na dva segmentaciju i to:

– Deo komunalnih delatnosti sa većom ili manjom zavisnošću osnivača (javna higijena; Investiciono održavanje Javne deponije; groblje)

– Deo komunalnih delatnosti komercijalnih (Pijace, Vašari isl.)
