Predsednik Skupštine grada Požarevca Bane Spasović je, u prisustvu brojnih zvanica, čelnih ljudi gradske opštine Kostolac, članova Gradskog veća, predstavnika policije, zdravstva i sportskih klubova, priredio prijem za predstavnike dva ovdašnja sportska kolektiva –  Bokserskog kluba „Blagoje Blaga Vujičić“ i Kik boks kluba „Spartan“ povodom pokretanja zajedničke akcije „Podignimo gard porocima“ i „Stop korupciji i kriminalu“.

Inicijatori akcija

Posle himne Srbije „Bože pravde“, koju je intonirao pevač Renato Henc, prisutnima se najpre obratio predsednik Skupštine grada Požarevca Bane Spasović i tom prilikom ukazao na značaj aktivnosti članova dva požarevačka kluba, a zatim podvukao: -Disciplinovani, usmereni ka cilju i beskompromisni borci, ali samo u ringu. Van ringa – veliki prijatelji sa svojim protivnicima i uvek spremni da se jedni drugima nađu u nevolji. Upravo to je razlog što sam akciji ova dva kluba, koji su oko sebe okupili širok front snaga poželeo da pridodam i akciju Skupštine grada pod nazivom „Stop korupciji i kriminalu“. Ukoliko te dve pošasti shvatimo kao nešto čime se bave oni bez morala i skrupula, shvatio sam da nema boljih ljudi od sportista koji će predstavljati borbu protiv ovih zala koje želimo da iskorenimo u Požarevcu“.

Spasović je u nastavku pozvao sve sugrađane da se uključe u pomenute akcije i daju svoj doprinos u borbi protiv savremenih pošasti našeg društva. Zahvaljujući prisutnima što se uključuju u ovaj značajnu akciju, predsednik Bokserskog i Kik boks kluba Marko Dmitrović podsetio je na sadržaje koje već realizuju sportisti, a potom poručio: -Prvi korak pre ulaska u ring, pre prvog udarca, je podizanje garda. Zato smo u pomoć pozvali i našu policiju, da nam pomogne i prenese svoja iskustva i saznanja o tome koliko je jak protivnik koga smo izazvali. To isto da učine i stručnjaci iz medicine, iz Zavoda za javno zdravlje u Požarevcu. Posebnu zahvalnost dugujem svojim prijateljima borcima, koji su sa nama i u ringu i u životu. Oni su najbolji primer koji će u očima Požarevljana srušiti stereotipe da su ljudi koji se bave borilačkim veštinama ljudi sa one strane zakona“.

Bane Spasović i Marko Dmitrović uručili su prigodne poklone promoterima akcije, među kojima su bili zamenik predsednika Skupštine grada Milić Jovanović, načelnik Policijske uprave Požarevac Saša Mitrović, direktor Gradske bolnice dr Srećko Bosić, direktorka Zavoda za javno zdravlje dr Zorica Mitić, nekolicina nekadašnjih sportskih asova, Bane Dmitrović, Mane Marčeta i Milan Piperski, ali i predstavnici ovdašnjih medija. Promoter akcije je i redakcija Regionalnog radio Požarevca.

Nakon prijema, u fiskulturnoj sali Еkonomsko – trgovinske škole u Požarevcu održana je promocija borilačkih sportova. Borilačke veštine predstavili su Mane Marčeta, Milan Piperski i Marko Nikolić.
