Na osnovu člana 28. stav 1. Odluke o mesnim zajednicama („Službeni glasnik grada Požarevca“, br. 8/10-prečišćen tekst), donosim

O D L U K U
o raspisivanju izbora za članove saveta
mesnih zajednica grada Požarevca

1. Raspisujem izbore za članove saveta mesnih zajednica grada Požarevca za 24.3.2013. godine, osim za Mesnu zajednicu „Klenovnik“, Mesnu zajednicu „Ostrovo, Mesnu zajednicu „Petka“ i Mesnu zajednicu „Selo Kostolac“, za koje će izbore raspisati predsednik Skupštine Gradske opštine Kostolac.

2. Rokovi za vršenje izbornih radnji počinju da teku od 4.2.2013. godine.

3. Izbore za članove saveta mesnih zajednica sprovešće organi za sprovođenje izbora na osnovu odredaba Odluke o mesnim zajednicama.

4. Ova odluka stupa na snagu narednog dana od dana objavljivanja na oglasnoj tabli Grada Požarevca, a objaviće se na oglasnim tablama mesnih zajednica, osim za mesne zajednice navedene u tački 1. ove odluke i u sredstvima javnog informisanja.

Pursuant to Article 28 Paragraph 1 Decisions on local communities („Official Gazette of Pozarevac“ no. 8/10-prečišćen text), I hereby

DECISION
Election of the members of the Council
local community center of Pozarevac

1. Calls for the election of members of local community councils of Pozarevac for 24.3.2013. year, except for the local community of „Klenovnik“, Local community „Ostrovo, Petka community and the local community Kostolac Village „, which will announce the election the President of the City Municipality of Kostolac.

2. The deadlines for the execution of the election procedures start from 4.2.2013. year.

3. Elections for members of local community councils will conduct the election administration under the provisions of the Decision on local communities.

4. This decision applies on the day following its publication in the bulletin board of the City of Pozarevac, and posted on the bulletin boards of local communities, except for local communities listed in Section 1 this decision and in the media.
